By using this site and placing an order you agree to these terms. Our shipping, returns and privacy pages form part of them.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and the size chart and size finder are a guide — garment measurements can vary by 1 to 3 cm and breed shapes differ. If you are unsure, measure your dog and size up between two sizes.

Correct use

The jacket is a garment for dogs, not safety or restraint equipment. Check the fit before use, do not leave your dog unsupervised in it for long periods, keep it away from heat, and stop using it if it causes rubbing, overheating or distress. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Free shipping applies to orders containing two or more jackets. If we discover a pricing error on an order, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we cannot verify payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment we refund in full.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery in unworn, resaleable condition. See our returns page for the details.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and branding on this site belong to Petsidian and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
