30-day returns and exchanges

If the jacket does not fit or is not right for your dog, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Condition

Try it on indoors first. We accept returns in clean, unworn, resaleable condition with the tags attached. A suit that has been out on a muddy walk cannot be resold, so we cannot take it back.

Exchanges (wrong size)

Wrong size is the most common reason for a return and the easiest to fix. Email support@petsidian.com with your order number and the size you need. Use the size finder and size chart on the product page — between two sizes, size up.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving and being checked. Banks can take a few more days to post it. If you bought two suits with free shipping and return one, the refund is the price of the returned suit.

Return shipping

Return postage for a change of mind or a size swap is paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at our cost.

Email support@petsidian.com with your order number and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We reply within one business day with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
