Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations yet.

Shipping cost

Buy 2 jackets and shipping is free. Any two suits qualify — the same size or two different sizes and colours. Single-suit orders ship at the flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will get an order confirmation straight away and a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6 to 11 business days. Winter weather and holiday peaks can add a few days. Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to activate after dispatch. If it has not moved for more than 5 business days, email support@petsidian.com and we will chase the carrier.

Missing parcels

If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your building, and allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. Still missing? Email us within 14 days of the delivery scan. A parcel confirmed lost in transit is replaced free or refunded in full, your choice.

Wrong address

Spotted a mistake in your address? Email us immediately. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it, but we will help as soon as it comes back to us.
